YAY! Konekta is Pay(ok)!

De Stichting PayOK aims at testing companies within the chain on their compliance with the Law on Misconduct. Since the principal is responsible for the remuneration in the entire chain, the verification by PayOK provides a good insight into the risks of the principal. By requiring that all companies in the chain are PayOK certified, the risk of claims in the context of improper payment in the chain is minimised.

PayOK's main focus is on:

• Limiting the liability of (main) principals for all elements mentioned in the WAS, such as, for example, payment of the correct wage
  Preventing high fines for (main) principals for working in the chain of people who are not entitled to work in the Netherlands, whose identity has not been established or who have assumed a false identity
• Management of PayOK-norm
• Maintaining a openbaar register of certified companies and companies submitted for certification
• Periodically having inspections carried out by inspection bodies in accordance with a uniform working method
• Promote the certification of enterprises so that they can distinguish themselves positively from non-certified enterprises
• Promoting the use of the PayOK quality mark by (main) principals and other companies in the chain (1)
